Why is The Generall not included among Orrery's works and is instead listed as a play attributed to him? Is the attribution of that play disputed? W. S. Clark included it with a fat note on its history in his 1937 edition of Orrery's works. Eawonder (talk) 11:56, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I can't answer for this, but in the first publication of it by Halliwell-Phillipps (1853) he attributed it to James Shirley.
